1. Nature of service

Wath.in provides recruitment support, job information and candidate-employer connections. We are not the employer unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. No employment guarantee

Registration, CV submission, profile review, job referral or communication through Wath.in does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, salary or employment.

3. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate and current information. Candidates remain responsible for evaluating employers, job terms, workplace conditions, compensation and any offer before accepting employment.

4. Employer responsibilities

Employers must provide lawful, accurate and non-discriminatory vacancy information. Employers are responsible for interviews, background checks, selection, employment contracts, compensation, statutory obligations and workplace compliance.

5. Prohibited use

You must not submit false information, impersonate another person, post unlawful or misleading vacancies, misuse candidate data, distribute malware, interfere with the website or use Wath.in for fraud, harassment or any illegal activity.

6. Fees and payments

Any paid service will be communicated separately with its applicable scope, price and payment terms. No payment should be made to any person claiming to represent Wath.in unless the payment request is verified through our official contact details.

7. Third-party interactions

Wath.in is not responsible for the conduct, representations, employment decisions or contractual performance of candidates, employers or other third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The Wath.in name, branding, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wath.in will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on job information, recruitment decisions or third-party conduct.

10. Suspension or refusal

We may refuse, suspend or discontinue access to our services where information appears false, conduct is abusive, legal risk exists or these terms are violated.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms when our services or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the operator of Wath.in.
